We offer FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous United States. Regardless of order size or amount, it ships for FREE!

How We Ship
Your order ships by FedEx Home Delivery and some smaller items can ship USPS Priority Mail. Smaller pads are simply rolled and larger pads can be folded in half once and then rolled. We do not fold multiple times like other stores so as to prevent stubborn fold lines.

Where We Ship
We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the Contiguous United States. We DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes.

When We Ship
We normally ship your order within 10-14 business days. There may be times throughout the year where we may find an excessive amount of orders and need an extra day to ship your order. We ship Monday-Friday and deliveries occur on these days, usually during normal business hours.

NOTE: By placing your order on our site, you agree to have us ship the item(s) ordered and to accept delivery of these items. Any refusal of delivery will incur FedEX charges that will be deducted from your final refund. For any returns, always follow our return policy as listed below.

We offer a very liberal 30-day return, full refund policy. There are never any restocking fees, you simply pay for the return shipping charge. NOTE: Custom Cut rug pads cannot be returned.

To request a return:
Send an email to requesting your return. In the subject line, please enter "WATERPROOF RUG PAD RETURN". In the body of your email, please include your order number and item(s) you wish to return - If you don't have the order number, the last name in the order will be fine. Send your email.

Once we receive your request, we will review it for approval and send you the return instructions. 

Packaging Your Return*
1. Securely wrap your return to avoid any damage in transit.
2. Be certain to include the RA number received in your return instructions securely marked on the outside of the package.
     *Failure to follow these instructions may result in the refusal of the return.

Exceptions to Return Policy
The following exceptions are reasons we may refuse your return:
1. The package does not have its RA number marked on the outside.
2. The return arrives with obvious damage due to poor packaging.
3. The item was ordered as a custom cut rug pad.
4. The item was altered in any way from its original condition.

We will issue your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (MC/VISA/DISCOVER or PayPal).
